Testimonials

What Men Are Saying

I’ve attended ManCamp the past two years and found it to be a great experience and opportunity to connect with other guys facing similar issues. Some of the greatest moments are hearing the testimonials of others and then spending some time reflecting in our journals while enjoying God’s nature that surrounds us during the weekend. I also enjoyed some of the uplifting moments including the worship songs and obstacle courses, etc. There are many great conversations that happen around the campfires that happen spontaneously but offer so much hope and comfort. If any guys are struggling through the same issues we all face, I would recommend ManCamp.

Man Camp Indy changed the course of my life. I was drifting from God and close to making decisions that could have hurt my family and career. What I thought would be just a fun weekend became a turning point. God spoke to me clearly through quiet time and conversations with other men. I went home, made major changes, and have seen lasting impact ever since. I encourage you to go—you won’t regret it.

This was my first experience attending ManCamp. To be honest, I don’t camp often and I don’t attend Christian men’s groups. I was in the middle of a dark chapter of my life and needed to grow my relationship with Christ and faith in God’s plan of salvation. I took a big leap and decided to join with a group of men based on the recommendation of a friend. I didn’t know what to expect, but I left the ManCamp weekend with a rejuvenated spirit and a fresh outlook on life. I developed relationships with other Christian men that I had never met before, but since have become great friends with. This weekend changed the course and trajectory of my life and I continue to reap the benefits of having invested a weekend with brothers in Christ away from the tethers of day-to-day responsibilities. I hope you take the opportunity to attend camp with us and I look forward to meeting you and getting to know you at our next retreat.

Attending Man Camp was an incredible experience. It was refreshing and powerful to be surrounded by a group of guys who genuinely want to grow as men, love God more deeply, and encourage one another along the way. There’s something special about stepping away from everyday distractions, getting out into nature, and sitting around a campfire—listening not just to each other, but to what God is saying to us. The conversations, the quiet moments, the challenges, and the brotherhood all made it unforgettable. I left encouraged, strengthened, and reminded of who I’m called to be.

Iron Forge Man Camp was an amazing opportunity to grow as a Man diving into physical, mental and spiritual growth. This was an amazing chance to build a brotherhood with others as well as strengthen my family as a husband, father, and son and strengthen my relationship with God.

The physical challenges were fun with great team building exercises. Though going off-grid was a challenge for myself, it gave room for real connection. The spiritual power I could feel through the camp was sometimes breathtaking. The bonds made were authentic, and I had an environment to be myself, share hardships or struggles without judgement while being lifted up and encouraged to grow. I was free to speak or keep more to myself without pressure and absorb the knowledge around me.

At Iron Forge Man Camp, I had the chance to learn, grow and see that I am not alone in my trials. I wholeheartedly recommend this opportunity to anyone who is seeking overall health and growth.
